How you are actually billed
Written out because the objection in this market is rarely the number — it is the suspicion that the number is not the number.
The plan base
One fee per billing period that includes a set number of students, a set number of campuses and the plan’s modules. This is the figure in the table above, and for most schools it is the whole bill.
Students above the limit
Cross the included count and you pay the per-student rate for the extras only — pro-rated for the days remaining in the period. Going over does not move you to the next plan without asking.
Optional add-ons
Things that cost us money to run — transport GPS tracking, the canteen POS, a white-label domain, a branded app build. Priced separately and switched on by you, not by a salesperson.
SMS credits
Only if you send SMS. Charged at the operator’s pass-through rate with no margin added. WhatsApp, e-mail and in-app notices carry no per-message cost.
Gateway charges
When a parent pays online, the payment gateway takes its percentage. That is the gateway’s fee, it goes to them, and we do not add to it.
GST
Added at the applicable rate on the invoice. Prices in the table exclude it. A purchase order, cheque or NEFT is fine — ask and we will raise a proper invoice quote.

Questions
Pricing questions
Is the trial genuinely free?
Yes, and no card is required to start one. Import a sample of your data, invite a few staff and mark a week of attendance before you decide. If you need longer than the trial period because your data is large, ask and we will extend it.
What happens if we add students mid-year?
You pay the per-student rate for the students above your included limit, pro-rated for the days left in your billing period. You are never charged for capacity you already had, and crossing the limit does not silently move you onto a bigger plan.
Can we change plans later?
Any time, from your own billing screen. Upgrades apply immediately and are pro-rated; downgrades apply at the next renewal so you do not lose a module mid-term. Adding a campus works the same way.
Do you charge for data migration?
No. Migration and onboarding are included in every plan, including Basic. We import onto a copy first and show you the reconciliation — student count, total outstanding, opening ledger balance — for you to check before it goes live.
Are there setup or hidden fees?
No setup fee for standard onboarding. Optional one-time work — a white-label domain, a branded mobile app build, a custom report format — is quoted in advance and only proceeds if you agree to it.
What if we want to leave?
Export everything yourself, in open formats, without asking us: students, fees, ledger, attendance, marks and documents. We do not hold a school’s records to win a renewal.
Do you offer a discount for annual payment?
Yes, annual billing is discounted against monthly. Trusts running several schools are quoted as a group rather than as separate accounts — ask for a consolidated quote.
Is there a plan for coaching institutes?
The same plans apply, sized by student count. Coaching institutes usually need admissions, fees, attendance and testing but not hostel or transport, so Standard is the common starting point.
